A prerequisite for our Helpdesk Team is a comprehensive client base knowledge, including people, premises and procedures.
We work to contract specified SLA’s which are configured within our advanced Software System. Understanding priorities and areas of sensitivity contribute to the value offered by Helpdesk Staff.
Our Helpdesk Manager strives to meet and exceed all targets for reactive works and holds regular review meetings with the internal team throughout the day.
